I didn't expect much from a self storage unit as far as customer service. What a pleasant surprise! I purchased some items from the owner and he was a delight to do business with. Very accommodating, friendly, respectful and willing to cut some slack and make a deal. The storage units were varied in size, very well kept and clean. Affordable, clean and easily accessible! The office staff is very friendly and easy to work with. The unit is exactly as advertised. We have a climate controlled unit and I love it. We have been using them for at least a year and a half, probably closer to two, and have had zero problems.
