We proudly serve Southwestern Virginia’s portable storage needs, with flat-rate delivery rates to Roanoke & Botetourt.
How It Works?
1.We’ll deliver the portable storage unit to your home or business.
2.You load the mobile unit at your convenience, making sure to keep it locked.
3.Mobile units off the premises are not covered by Tenant Property Protection.
4.You can keep the unit at your home or business as long as you need, we can store it at our facility (no extra charge), or we can move it to your new location*.
5.Once you’re finished with the unit and have removed your belongings and lock, we’ll come pick it up.

Low Flat Rates
Flat rate delivery to Botetourt, Roanoke City & County, Salem City – call for pricing outside of that area.
Our drop-off & pick-up prices are flat rates with no extra or hidden costs – some companies charge extra fees for dropping a portable container on gravel, rush service and more – we do not. Most units are delivered in 24-48 hours, but please call our office to schedule your drop-off time.
Note: If the unit is being delivered to a Roanoke City address, you will need a permit, which you can apply for here. It’s free.
*Tenant Property Protection does not cover mobile units stored off Affordable Mini Storage property
